We are on the local bus routes.

5-10 minutes walk from the railway station and ferry port.

Car parking is available in a no charge car park 100meters from B&B entrance. Limited parking available outside property for drop off and pick up.

Access to front door and reception via 1 low step from the pavement.

Breakfast room/lounge situated on the first floor, stairs are carpeted and are normal risers totalling 16. There is a banister rail.

Guest bedroom is ground level via 2 steps.

The guest private bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom on the same level.

Most mobile phone networks are available.

Assistance dogs are welcome.
The house is not suitable for wheelchair users.
We are more than happy to help you with your
luggage and in any way that we possibly can.

Cyclists/Walkers
For cyclists and walkers the following
facilities are available:
A lockable undercover area for safe
overnight storage of bicycles.
A separate area for drying outdoor clothing
and boots.
Access to a water point for washing bicycles
and outdoor clothing.
Emergency cycle and puncture repair kit.
Packed lunch is available if required.
